Residents of California: Please see our Privacy Notice below for California Residents.
If you are a client, business partner or potential client or business partner of ours, please note that this Policy does not apply to information provided to us in connection with our business relationship or that is protected by any applicable Confidentiality or Non-Disclosure Agreement between us.
Cookies set by parties other than the website owner are called “third-party cookies.” Third-party cookies enable third-party features to be provided through the service you are using. For example, we use a web analytics tool called Google Analytics that helps us understand how visitors engage with our website. These third-party cookies may therefore track your online behaviors over time and across non-affiliated websites. Third-party cookies may also deliver targeted advertisements either on our website or on other websites. We do not have control over the cookies used by these other third parties but you do have choices about the collection of information by third parties on our website. For example, if you do not want information about your visit to our website sent to Google Analytics, you may download a browser add-on to opt-out of cookies. Please note that the use of such add-ons does not prevent information from being sent to us.
We use Google Analytics to remember a user's behavior and it shares these insights with us for marketing strategy purposes. You can learn more about how Google Analytics collects and processes data here: "How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps", located at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

In general, the CCPA grants these rights to California consumers:
As a California consumer, and as stated above, you have the right to request that we inform you about what personal information about you we collect, use, disclose, and sell. You have the right to know, upon submission of a request, the categories of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collect personal information, our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling personal information, the categories of third parties with whom we share personal information, if any, and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
At present, we do not sell information submitted through our website contact form with any third parties. We may share the information with a third party for the purpose of allowing that third party to collect or compile the information and send it to us. If you submit information via our contact form or otherwise through our website, we will use that information to communicate with you. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information from our records. We are not required to, and we reserve our right not to, delete your personal information it if is necessary for a legal purpose or, to complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you. A business is not required to retain any personal information collected for a single, one-time transaction, if such information is not sold or retained by the business or to re-identify or otherwise link information that is not maintained in a manner that would be considered personal information.
You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. Under California law, a "sale" is any transfer of personal information for value. We do not sell your information or transfer it for value. We will not discriminate against you in terms of prices for services for requesting the deletion of your information.
The website does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Third parties that have content embedded on the websites such as a social feature may set cookies on a user’s browser and/or obtain information about the fact that a web browser visited a specific website from a certain IP address. Third parties cannot collect any other personally identifiable information from the website unless you provide it to them directly.
If you would like to request that your information be deleted, or if you have any questions or concerns regarding this Policy or the handling of personal information, please contact Troparé, Inc. directly at the following email address: email@example.com
